Context

During KGC 2024 we will be hosting an in-person session at the venue in the heart of New York City. The Ontologist Corner track is 100% in-person during the 2nd day of the conference. This session is an opportunity to pitch in 5 minutes your amazing ontology to an audience of experts and potential users.

We expect ontologies with high impact and real-world application from a project (sorry, NOT a prototype), or used in production environment. Acceptable presentations include ontologies/vocabularies that help with the creation of, support for KG generation; application in a pipeline using semantic technologies. The authors should emphasize the industry readiness of the described ontology, its availability, the process to maintain it and the challenges of its adoption by data consumers.

At this moment we are requesting anyone who has an ontology implemented in industry environment with potential impact in the knowledge graph space. The proposals will be evaluated on the design, the scope and the use cases covering the conference topics. Ontologies that are open, from academia or industry or from commercial organizations are all welcome.

If you have any question, you can reach out to ghislain dot atemezing at era dot europa dot eu.
